So, you think you can... teach?
It is always nerve-wracking when someone looks to you for guidance, when you know they're invested in your words and want to find wisdom there.
The only thing I do know is that I do not know everything.
In twelve hours I'll be winding up the session with my small team of brilliant, young minds, and I'm trying to tell myself that all I can do is practice my lesson to make it clear and concise -- and interesting.
I stress the most about keeping them engaged, but I've noticed I inevitably end up delivering in a conversational style. I talk, they ask questions, I pose answers. I should ask them more questions.
I should totally cheat and convince work to send me on that Cert IV for training.
"So, you're coming up to the end of financial year and have some unspent budget, eh?"
Come on, taxpayers, it will be an investment in your childrens' future.
